What You'll Do · Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance · Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results · Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements · Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities · Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects · Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials · Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges · Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes What's In It For You?
