At AMP Innovations, we’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate. In this role, you’ll represent well-known brands through face-to-face customer interactions, share product and service information, answer questions, and help create positive customer experiences. This is a fully on-site position in St.Louis, MO, and local candidates are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Represent client brands and promote their products and services in retail settings. Assist with organizing and executing promotional campaigns and marketing events with retail partners. Monitor campaign results and track sales performance. Connect with customers, answer questions, and build strong customer relationships. Support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and deliver results. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills.
