Are you passionate about customer service and looking for an opportunity to grow in the automotive industry? CMA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor Assistant to support our service department by delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or automotive experience who want to build a long-term career in a dealership environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers professionally and create a positive service experience.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Answer customer questions and provide updates throughout the service process.
• Prepare and manage repair order documentation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate service records.
• Assist with payment processing and cash handling.
• Support daily service lane operations and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Pay: $35,000 - $50,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, receptionist, administrative, retail sales, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to build customer relationships and demonstrate empathy.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic automotive knowledge or interest in learning automotive terminology.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Technology coursework or related experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a dealership, service department, call center, or customer-facing environment preferred.
• No certifications required.
