You will lead the front-of-house team, manage service standards, and maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellence in the Free State . Key Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and overall dining experience. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and effectively. Monitor inventory for service-related items and coordinate with the kitchen and bar. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy restaurant setting. Strong understanding of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
