Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 03:00 PM – 01:00 AM, Fri 05:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access support tasks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational issues such as blocked exits, unsecured doors, and high‑traffic concerns, then report findings through proper channels. Support loss prevention and customer experience efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de‑escalation when appropriate, and helping to deter theft, trespassing, and/or disruptive conduct. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
