Blue Rose is seeking mission-driven professionals to provide behavioral health support for unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in San Diego, CA. What We Offer: \* Competitive Pay: Starting at $55+/hour (commensurate with experience) \* Flexible, On-Demand Role: Work as needed to support critical operations \* Mission-Driven Impact: Provide vital support for vulnerable youth \* Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside dedicated mental health professionals \* 1099 Contractor Position | ON-SITE Role Your Role: Support When It's Needed Most \* Provide mental health support & crisis intervention for unaccompanied minors \* Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations to identify trauma-related symptoms \* Ensure child safety & well-being by monitoring interactions and assessing emotional distress \* Apply trauma-informed care strategies to help minors develop healthier coping mechanisms \* Collaborate with facility staff to ensure culturally sensitive, effective care \* Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports Who We Need: \* Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA) \* Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) \* Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise \* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills \* Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Be the Support System They Need.
