PART TIME Assistant Manager

As a Part Time Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experience Performing all staff positions required Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements (including alcohol service where applicable) Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentation Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio‑visual systems, and overall building standards Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels. A fun, high‑energy workplace What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and decision‑making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and team development skills Strong attention to detail and operational execution Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays About you At least 3 months of supervisory experience , OR 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, OR Equivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potential (subject to approval) Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable Must complete all required Regal training and certification programs Working knowledge of theatre operations, including projection systems, preferred About Regal Regal Cinemas – where movie magic meets unforgettable experiences!
