Dynamics 365 Solution Lead

Job Summary:

The Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Lead provides technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Pages, and workflow automation solutions. This role supports claims processing systems and customer-facing portals, ensuring alignment with key business environments and driving modernization efforts. Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Design and optimize business workflows and automate business processes.
Lead configuration and development of Power Platform solutions.
Support modernization of customer portals using Power Pages.
Lead Dataverse architecture and data management efforts.
Coordinate platform upgrades and system enhancements.
Support integration with external systems and services.
Develop and enforce technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365.
5+ years of experience leading enterprise CRM implementations.
Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Experience supporting mission-critical business applications.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Federal Government experience.
Experience with claims management or case management applications.

Special Considerations:

Work involves supporting mission-critical systems requiring high availability and reliability.

Scheduling:

Standard business hours with potential requirements for coordination during platform upgrades or critical deployments.
