The candidate should be well versed on acquisition timelines, managing various seller pipelines, and have loan-level scenario and exception review expertise as well as familiarity with seller guideline reviews./ppThe candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for handling direct originator communications pertaining to exception/scenario requests, guideline clarifications, loan scenarios and general matters surrounding post close diligence./ppThe ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant credit experience in the residential mortgage whole loan market, preferably Non-QM underwriting.
