Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,124 per week

Travel Physical Therapist – Westfield, MA MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment beginning 06/01/2026. Forty hours per week on 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish, administer, and adjust a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient; provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions according to physician orders; assess patient needs and modify care as needed. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification. Graduate of an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
