Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, assist with treatments, and maintain patient records while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification and basic life support training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
