TPMG is seeking a Full-Time & Per Diem Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our team in  San Jose , CA.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

Full-time annual salary range is $325,920 to $336,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $18,950*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

PM&R Interventional Hourly Range is $194 - $200
