Responsibilities Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross‑selling banking products to existing and prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement. Meet the financial needs of customers across transactional, servicing, and product areas. Deliver an elevated customer experience, providing personalized, seamless, and attentive service. Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. Engage customers through digital platforms, educating them on self‑service options. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud defense. Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and drive overall performance. Support nearby branch locations as needed based on business necessity. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in an incentive‑based environment, or 12+ months in retail banking sales, financial services sales, or consultative relationship sales with proven success in customer acquisition and growth. 12+ months of successful Santander experience or endorsed performance by senior leaders (required). 12+ months of high‑volume, fast‑paced customer service experience. Strong relationship‑building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty. Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for helping others. Proven track record in sales and cross‑selling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Excellent communication, consultative, and influencing skills, both verbal and written. Professional and trustworthy image at all times. Proficiency in digital tools that enhance customer engagement. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Ability to identify and report risk concerns to appropriate channels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Work within branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Education High school diploma or GED (required). Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred). Certifications None required. It Would Be Nice For You To Have Established work history or comparable experience through training, military service, or education.
