Deliver patient education regarding symptom management, treatment side effects, medicationguidance and support. Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, and ancillary staff as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, utilizing appropriate focused assessmentdocumentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, HIPPA regulations, and practicepolicies. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency inhigh-volume call environments. Support continuity of care by proactively identifying patient needs and potential barriers to treatmentadherence.
