Front Desk Insurance Specialist – Private Dental Office

Responsibilities:

- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility

- Submit and follow up on insurance claims

- Explain treatment estimates and patient financial responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently

- Answer phones, greet patients, and provide outstanding customer service

- Handle patient payments and maintain accurate records

- Assist with administrative and office coordination duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous dental front desk and insurance experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of PPO insurance verification and claims processing

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
