Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Waynesville, MO. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injuries, illnesses, or disability. This role supports patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration in a post-acute setting.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to document skilled OT services and patient progress in electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with cognitive and ADL-focused interventions preferred. Experience with adaptive equipment and durable medical equipment recommended.
