Start Date: 09/28/2026

End Date: 12/28/2026

Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)

Hours/Week: 36-40 hours

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract

Licenses/Certs: Active RN license in Minnesota, BLS certification

Experience: Prior ICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide holistic patient care in the ICU environment, monitoring critically ill patients
• Perform assessments, develop and revise care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other ICU units and medical/surgical units as needed
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records
• Respond quickly to patient emergencies with professionalism and competence

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Minnesota RN license
• BLS certification
• ICU nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

• Experience with complex or high-acuity patients
• Ability to adapt to float assignments seamlessly
