Material Handlers for 2nd Shift

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Material Handlers for 2nd Shift in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

• Manual unloading containers and palletizing product
• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded. Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Manually pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Mark and label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail

Other Information:

Shift Available Hours: 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
