Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Wellness
Location: Coachella Valley, CA
Specialty: Family Medicine or Adult Medicine

Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- 3+ years in urgent/primary care; senior care experience preferred.
- Willingness to work across specified locations.
- Spanish language proficiency and NextGen EMR experience are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $141,440 base salary with up to $30,000 bonus potential.
- Employer-paid health insurance, 401K (no match), 20 hours PTO, and 8 paid holidays.
