Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Wellness

Location: Coachella Valley, CA

Specialty: Family Medicine or Adult Medicine

Join a growing healthcare team dedicated to senior care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role spans across Palm Springs, Bermuda Dunes, Indio, and Yucca Valley, requiring a commitment to travel between locations and a passion for enriching the lives of senior patients.

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • 3+ years in urgent/primary care; senior care experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work across specified locations.
  • Spanish language proficiency and NextGen EMR experience are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $141,440 base salary with up to $30,000 bonus potential.
  • Employer-paid health insurance, 401K (no match), 20 hours PTO, and 8 paid holidays.
