We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Manager for our downtown Chicago practice, offering visibility, leadership opportunities, and extensive interaction with outstanding clients across multiple industries. Lead and manage audit engagements across a wide range of commercial industries. Mentor, train, and develop Audit & Assurance associates. Oversee project timelines, workflow, and engagement deliverables with strong project management discipline. Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and resolve engagement issues. Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit documentation for technical accuracy. Collaborate with partners and managers to support process improvements and client service excellence. 5+ years of public accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's preferred. Active CPA license required. Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills. Passion for superior client service, integrity, and operating with urgency.
