Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader for division nursing operations, ensuring the success of patient‑care departments.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategies for nursing personnel and oversee continuing education programs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, uphold standards of care, and manage policies and procedures.
• Coordinate delivery of high‑quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with other Vice Presidents, Medical Staff, and Leadership in fulfilling the quality improvement action plan for clinical effectiveness.

Education

• Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration, requiring BSN education.

Experience

• Three (3) years of management experience, including at least two (2) years in a 24/7 nursing operations setting.
