Base Pay Range
$150,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen relationships and drive business growth for key accounts and partners in payment/acquiring business.
- Collaborate with BD, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives and co-plan with key account executives of payment, marketing, and finance.
- Manage end-to-end joint marketing planning, initiatives, campaigns, and co-branded activities with partners, not limited to co-branding, social activities, events and CXO activities and other integrated marketing campaigns and drive the results optimization.
- Conduct market analysis and research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on key account management and strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and account-based marketing, solid experience of end-to-end marketing planning and execution for social, event, targeted account activities etc. Knowledge in payment industry and Global merchant selling to Asia is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Growth Marketing experience.
