Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join a growing team specializing in concrete repair and protective coating projects across the United States. This position involves hands-on construction work in a variety of environments while traveling extensively to customer job sites. Candidates should be safety-focused, dependable, and willing to learn specialized repair techniques and operate construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of physical labor tasks related to concrete repair and coatings projects
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while following all company safety standards and procedures
• Operate construction equipment, machinery, and hand tools as assigned
• Perform repairs according to ICRI and ACI repair guidelines and project specifications
• Load, unload, handle, and install materials while following supervisor instructions and completing required safety training

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time throughout the United States
• Prior construction or concrete repair experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow directions, adapt to changing assignments, and work effectively with diverse teams
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, work in all weather conditions, and stand or walk for extended periods
• Must be available to work some nights and Saturdays as project demands require

The base salary range for this position is $20-24 per hour excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
