Job Description
Staff RN - Labor/Delivery and Med Surg

Schedule

12-hour shifts including weekday night shifts and weekend night shifts. Holiday coverage is required based on rotation.

Assignment Details

Coverage will primarily be in obstetrics with labor and delivery experience being required. The Staff RN will also cover med-surg when there are no OB needs and will be assigned Charge RN shifts as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required.
• OB/Labor and Delivery experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in labor and delivery and med-surg settings.
• Take charge shifts as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to identify any changes in status.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
