Responsibilities Own the Full Recruiting Lifecycle: From sourcing to signed offer, you own the process end-to-end. Be HOH’s First Culture Ambassador: Every candidate interaction is a reflection of who HOH is. Bridge Recruiting to Onboarding: The moment an offer is accepted, the thriving journey begins. Build and Champion HOH’s Employer Brand: You actively represent HOH across job boards, LinkedIn, and community networks. Partner with Leaders and Protect Process Integrity: You are a trusted partner to hiring managers — setting expectations, coaching them on inclusive interviewing practices. Requirements 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-department or multi-location environment Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar) Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you connect easily with people at all levels and represent the organization with professionalism and warmth High ownership mentality — you follow through, manage competing priorities, and hold yourself accountable to results, not just activity Genuine passion for people and culture — you understand that every hire shapes the team and takes that responsibility seriously Knowledge of employment law basics and equitable hiring practices Comfortable using data to measure and improve recruiting effectiveness Experience in a growing, multi-location, or family-owned business is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
