This position allows for flexibility as it is primarily remote, facilitating a healthy work-life balance. While you will conduct a majority of your counseling sessions virtually, there may also be opportunities to engage with patients in-person at our outpatient office in Arlington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a wide variety of evidence-supported therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, engaging with families and couples while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Horizon Care Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with excellent bonus opportunities.
