What You’ll Do

As the Kitchen & Market Lead , you’ll play a key role in managing daily operations and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the kitchen and market team to deliver excellent service.
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
• Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
• Ensuring the kitchen and market areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with scheduling and training team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborating with management to implement new ideas and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a passion for food and leadership who can bring energy and expertise to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or leadership role.
• Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Personality : A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
