Acro Blue has an IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Warehouse Repack / Passthrough and Tote Processing Positions in Mason, Ohio! Apply Today, Get Hired Today!

• 1st Shift:
  • 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday, Possible mandatory OT $18.95/hour
  • 2nd shift 2:30p - 11:00pm Monday-Friday, Possible mandatory OT $19.95/hour
• The Warehouse Associates will be responsible for sorting merchandise from bins or shelves, totes, and boxes while ensuring each order is 100% accurate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect and sort parts in the setting, loading and unloading process.
• Box Making
• Sorting Totes
• Sort parts for conformance before and after heat treating.
• Performing all work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Ensuring that all production goals are consistently met.

Requirements of a Warehouse Associate position:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Previous production/manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Good manual dexterity using fine motor skills.

Physical Demands

• Walking, stooping, bending, squatting.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, squat, kneel, reach, hear, see, speak.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 30 pounds or more - using proper equipment.

Work Environment

• Temperature is consistent with a clean climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Noise level is consistent with a typical manufacturing environment where tools, power trucks, and conveyors are in use.
