Senior Staff Accountant

Schedule : Monday through Friday; 8AM to 5PM; Full Time Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to support daily operations, financial reporting, tax compliance and treasury activities. Experience with Commercial Activity Tax and Sales Tax is strongly preferred. Treasury Management/Banking experience (Wires, ACH, EFT) is required. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations. Process and manage banking transactions (domestic and international). Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Review Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Perform daily cash reconciliations and monitor cash balances. Maintain internal controls over cash disbursements and receipts. Prepare and file Commercial Activity Tax returns. Working knowledge of multi-state sales and use taxes. Support external audits and provide required documentation. Spearhead the utilization/implementation of AI to enhance productivity. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 3+ years of Accounting experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience processing wires, ACH and EFT transactions Experience with bank reconciliations and cash management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with Sage CRE 300 software Why Join Us?
