Outpatient Physical Therapist

Schedule: Varied / Rotating

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy License
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of outpatients at various sites supported by Copley therapy services.
• Work with inpatients, including those in the ER, acute care, and PACU.
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation as needed.
• Focus on developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment and progress.

Potential participation in weekend holiday inpatient rotation.
