Paid Search Manager

To support a dynamic team, the remote Manager of Performance Media will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and reporting on paid campaigns across various social platforms, optimizing performance to achieve client business goals. Key responsibilities Build, deploy, track, and optimize paid social campaigns in collaboration with the account team Design A/B testing and brand lift surveys to drive business results across social media channels Analyze campaign performance and develop audience strategies based on campaign briefs and research analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in paid social media Demonstrated enthusiasm for influencer marketing and a strong desire to learn about social media attribution Proven ability to manage large social media budgets ($150-$350k/month) and optimize media spend Strong working knowledge of various social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
