Full or Part-time Hairstylist / Barber High volume salon, flexible hours, established customer base.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest " effective wage " in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.42/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total. Ask about a free pair of shears (valued at $199) and a signing bonus!
