Financial Advisor

Strategic Financial Group (SFG), a MassMutual firm serving Houston since 1903, is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join us as a Financial Advisor. This role is built for people ready to take ownership of their career, build a book of business, and operate with real autonomy - backed by the training, mentorship, and infrastructure of an established firm.

Skills & Experience
* 1-4 years of professional experience (sales, finance, real estate, banking, education, or client-facing roles preferred)
* Licensed or willing to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses (full sponsorship provided)
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
* Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and clearly expressing ideas with clients and teammates
* Coachable, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in helping others reach their goals
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
