Packaging Operations Operator 1

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
- Perform finished product packaging per demand and quality standards.
- Inspect in-process packaging and components; remove defective products/material.
- Maintain timely and accurate manufacturing records (device history, inventory counts).
- Perform simple mathematical calculations for batch records.
- Assist with inventory counting activities.
- Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.
- Clean packaging station and processing equipment routinely.
- Follow PPE and contamination control (gowning) requirements.
- Handle hazardous waste as appropriate.
Experience Required
- At least 6 months of industry work experience.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (static/rotating shifts, overtime).
- Previous teamwork and documentation practice.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good documentation practices.
- Familiarity with computers and general business software.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
