Senior Change Manager, NAPS Organizational Change

McKesson Corporation seeks a Senior Manager to lead Organizational Change Management within the North American Pharmaceutical Services Business Modernization team. You will own change plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking across projects. You'll apply methodology fluency (PROSCI, Agile, hybrid), drive behavior change, and coach mid-level leaders while collaborating with project leads and segment VPs to enable enterprise-wide adoption.
