Registered Nurse, RN Home Visits - Weekend

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi‑disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. This is a Weekend RN position – visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required . This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office’s entire coverage area. Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time schedules available. $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) – benefits eligible!
