JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIESIF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITEPosition Summary:This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse and maintaining par levels with various departments and managers.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse and maintaining par levels with various departments and managersAssists with all training, scheduling, evaluating and counseling of the distribution staffResponsible for all inventory including rotation, inventory adjustments and variancesEnsures that all product meets Mohegan Sun’s specificationsSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:Assists with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouseEnsures the pump rooms are maintained and running properlyMinimum Education and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentFour years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distributionPrevious experience using Stratton Warren Inventory systemCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasksBasic computer knowledge in Word, Excel and OutlookKnowledge of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employmentTraining Requirements:Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classesMust complete the Serve Safe training courseAbility to navigate in Stratton Warren purchase software and understand where information is storedKnowledge of Food and Beverage products and warehouse operationsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Warehouse work environmentMust be able to bend, stand, lift and walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 100 lbs.Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
