We are currently looking for a Urologist in Naperville who is passionate about enhancing health and improving patient care. This role involves collaborating with a care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

• The practice consists of 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers.

• The clinic will serve as a primary office in Naperville, with plans for expansion into Bolingbrook.

• On-call duty is 1:6 at Edward Hospital.

• Advanced practice providers are shared across locations, with one nurse typically covering 2-3 providers and one medical assistant per clinic.

• Extensive mentorship opportunities are available for new graduates.

• A robust internal referral network and collaborative partnerships exist among urology specialists and over 1,000 providers within our organization.

• Competitive total compensation ranges from $475,000 to $525,000, including potential financial bonuses, stipends, CME funding, and eligibility for equity through a shareholder track.

• The expected base salary for this role ranges from $475,000 to $525,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $500,000 and $650,000.
