Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

About the Role Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. The role focuses on assessing overall health, identifying barriers to care, and contributing to patient care plans. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focusing on overall health and well‑being, identifying potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history review, and physical evaluation. Use pre‑populated, patient‑specific forms provided; no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment regimens. Complete 6–9 visits daily, earning $100 per completed assessment. Participate in a pay‑per‑test model for eligible visits. Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports in a timely manner. Compensation & Benefits Weekly earnings up to $3,000–$5,000 (average 6–9 visits daily). Per‑visit rate up to 135% with Market Multiplier. Airfare, hotel, and rental car provided if eligible. Malpractice coverage. Flexible schedule; Monday–Sunday shifts (no nights/weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term engagements available. Qualifications MD or DO licensed in the state of practice. Willingness to enroll in Medicaid licensing; Medicaid license strongly preferred. Independent contractor status (1099). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one‑on‑one patient interactions. Ability to manage own schedule, location, and patient load. Additional Information Availability incentives are based on weekly availability. Paid collaborative physician roles are available in select states. Incentive rates are subject to change.
