Exciting Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

As an OR Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional perioperative care across a wide variety of surgical specialties in an 18-bed operating room, working with a passionate team committed to patient safety and excellence.


What You'll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, expert care during surgical procedures across diverse specialties including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant.
• Circulate and scrub for Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and anesthesia techs to ensure seamless operative flow.
• Accurately document patient information and surgical details in EPIC.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Extensive scrub experience, particularly in Level 1 trauma centers.
• Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in ENT, Urology, Plastics, or Burns surgeries.
• Additional certifications such as CNOR or relevant trauma certifications.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred.
• Prior experience working night shifts in a trauma or high-volume surgical environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Night shift availability (3x12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
• Certifications and licensure in good standing.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed; reimbursement provided when applicable.
