Social Worker MSW: $53,000 - $65,000 yearly, depending on experience. BSW: $47,000 - $55,000 yearly, depending on experience. Position: Social Worker at Caris Healthcare. Provide support to the hospice interdisciplinary team through office functions, including comprehensive patient assessments, care planning goals, and psychosocial/emotional support to patients and caregivers at end of life.
