Regional Sales Manager / Senior TM Ophthalmology Pharma

Ophthalmology Sales Manager Or Senior Representative
Chicago, IL / Midwest Rapidly growing ophthalmology organization expanding its prescription pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, and compounded ophthalmic medication business is seeking either an experienced sales manager or a strong senior rep ready to move into leadership. This role will work closely with ophthalmology practices throughout the Midwest supporting prescription ophthalmic therapies, compounded medications, specialty pharmacy programs, and future pipeline products. Looking for someone who understands ophthalmology practices, physician relationships, reimbursement, prescription workflow, and buy-and-bill environments.
Requirements:
- Ophthalmology sales experience required
- Pharmaceutical or prescription ophthalmic sales experience required
- Buy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or compounded medication experience strongly preferred
- Dry eye, retina, ocular surface disease, or ophthalmic therapeutic experience highly preferred
- Leadership experience preferred, but top-performing senior reps ready for management will be considered
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing reps is a plus
- Midwest based preferred
- Strong base salary 150-175k
