We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping convert leads into appointments for our real estate agents.

As an ISA, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying buyers and sellers, and maintaining consistent follow-up through phone calls, text messages, and email communication. You will play a key role in keeping the sales pipeline active and organized while ensuring potential clients receive excellent service and timely responses.

$60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings

• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Expand client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
• Qualify buyers and sellers
• Set appointments for real estate agents

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Licensed real estate agents who enjoy talking to people
