Summary The Delivery Project Manager is responsible for overseeing work across three functional areas, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and client relationship management. This role provides leadership through coaching and mentoring team members, addressing escalations, and collaborating with other project managers to deliver successful outcomes. While the position may manage smaller projects independently, it primarily supports the execution of larger initiatives in partnership with other project managers. Your role in our mission Manage multiple projects and/or programs of varying complexity throughout the full project lifecycle. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project and program objectives, including system modifications and enhancements. Serve as project manager for smaller initiatives within assigned functions. Collaborate with other project managers to allocate resources across projects. Act as a team lead by assigning resources, mentoring team members, and serving as an escalation point. Partner with Business Leads and clients to manage assigned systems, identify demand, and implement improvements. Escalate personnel and system-related issues to appropriate stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and issues for assigned functions and projects. Monitor and manage performance against system-based SLAs. Support teams in balancing capacity and assignments across projects, defects, and vulnerabilities. What we're looking for Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Seven or more years of experience in project and/or program management with strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Proven experience as a team lead or in a management capacity. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs of varying size and complexity while adapting to shifting priorities. Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology (required). Experience working within a Client/Vendor structure. Proficiency in Microsoft Project; experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO) preferred. Other Qualifications Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments. Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives.
