Roadway Department Lead

Role Overview We are seeking a Florida Roadway Department Leader within our Transportation practice. This is a key leadership opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking professional to guide, expand, and elevate roadway design services across the state. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and operational leadership, along with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships. This individual will lead integrated planning efforts, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and deliver innovative transportation solutions that enhance mobility and connectivity.
