26/27 School Year | $58-64/Hour | Full Time | Hiawatha, IL | Active BCBA Certification Required About the Role As a BCBA with IEP Therapy - Point Quest Group, you’ll serve as a critical behavioral expert supporting school teams when students need it most. You’ll step in to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that create meaningful, measurable change. Why Join Us Flexible, on-call schedule with the ability to accept assignments that fit your availability Competitive hourly compensation CEU/license reimbursement and professional development opportunities What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors Develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student needs and educational goals Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to implement effective behavior strategies Provide consultation and coaching to school staff to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and contribute to goal development and progress reporting Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines What We're Looking For Must Have Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Masters degree, or higher, in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school-based settings Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance) Eligibility to work in the United States Preferred Experience supporting K–12 students with diverse behavioral needs Familiarity with Illinois special education regulations Strong consultation and staff training experience *This job description reflects management's assignment of essential job functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned PQI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status or other classification protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Iep-Therapy
