Remote Pharmacy Technician (Insurance/Verification Support)

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Remote Pharmacy Technician (Insurance/Verification Support) to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on pharmacy and clinical support roles.
This role is perfect for someone with pharmacy training (or willingness to obtain it) who wants to work remotely on insurance and administrative pharmacy tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance coverage for patient prescriptions
- Process prior authorizations and refill requests
- Communicate with providers and pharmacies regarding missing details
- Update patient profiles and prescription records
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all interactions
