This is a 12-month contract position working in Broomfield, CO (Hybrid). We are offering a pay rate up to $41 per hour W2 based on skill set. Duration: 12-month contract Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid) What You’ll Be Doing Unique role for someone to work closely with the TA Strategist who oversees outreach and sourcing strategies for specific harder-to-fill reqs. Participate in the execution and documentation of outreach strategies; continuously refine processes to optimize candidate flow. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor role mapping to identify talent pockets and availability. Track and report on sourcing KPIs to assess pipeline health and engagement effectiveness. Deploy sophisticated techniques to build pipelines, including social media insights, profile aggregators, CRM mining, geofencing, event targeting, and complex Boolean search logic. What We’re Looking For Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of Recruiting experience. Comfortable reaching out on LinkedIn (& several other platforms), direct phone calls, etc. Understanding of Engineering roles (i.e., Electrical Engrs., Optical Engrs., various Engineering Specialties) Comfort level for Heavy Networking & Supporting of TA Recruiters Out-of-the-Box Thinking to propose out-of-the-norm suggestions (i.e., attending a conference where these types of folks gather &/or figuring out how to get a list of attendees; showing up with donuts for the folks setting up at a career fair; etc.; participating in Info Sessions / Breakout Sessions #J-18808-Ljbffr
