What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in an emergency setting
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Delegate and manage nursing team resources efficiently
Embrace and follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Support patient education and discharge planning
Adapt care approaches based on patient demographics and needs

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Active BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills

Preferred:

Certification in clinical specialty area
