Job Description Northwestern Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join our well‑established inpatient pediatrics program focused on safe, high‑quality, and compassionate care at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of pediatric conditions within a supportive, collaborative hospital environment. The ideal candidate is patient‑centered, adaptable, and committed to advancing pediatric care within our growing health system. Provide inpatient pediatric and newborn hospitalist care 7 days on, 7 days off hospitalist schedule supporting work‑life balance Manage acute pediatric conditions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Collaborate closing with nursing, case management, emergency medicine, and specialty services Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development U.S. News & World Report ranked Northwestern Medicine Woodstock, McHenry, and Huntley Hospitals No. 9 in the Chicago metro area and Illinois as America’s Best Hospitals (2022–23).
